The Leopold Museum, with around 6,000 works, houses one of the world’s most important collections of Austrian art from the second half of the nineteenth century and Modernism. From January 29 until February 22, 2016, the Vienna-based Leopold Museum organized an exhibition Hidden Treasures with about 185 pieces by Austrian artists from Museum’s remarkable collection on display.

We are not avid museum-goers, but had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it. The is a beautiful museum with interesting artwork, a nice gift shop, and a great restaurant.
