I got the headset into pairing mode, went to the bluetooth menu in the system settings and hit "add new device". I am trying to use a Bluetooth headset (Plantronics M1000) with the Dell LAtitude D600 laptop with the the internal Bluetooth Card. The major problem is that it will not make Facebook or Whatsapp calls via Bluetooth and even if I click the Bluetooth icon it switches back to local speaker.
